SW for device programmers
Elnec provides one common software for all device programmers. There are available regular version and OnDemand versions of software. Regular version is issued normally every 3-4 weeks, OnDemand versions are released on demand - for hot new devices support and bugs fixes - often daily. Notes
- Note *1: Free disk space requirements depends also on used IC device size. For large devices (with memory size more than 32MB) the required free space on disk will be approximately 60MB + Device size.
- for convenience, it is suggested to use a supplementary multi I/O card to provide an additional printer port (e.g. LPT2) in order to avoid sharing the same LPT port between printer and programmer
- do not move Info window during BUSY LED is on - watching circuit can be activate to switch the programmer in safe status as in case communication PC-programmer error

Notes
- Latest versions of control programs are available in SELF EXTRACTION ARCHIVE EXE format. Download this EXE to any temporary directory and run it.
- WIN software runs installation procedure directly
- DOS software create all files alike as exist on the standard distribution media. Next steps to SW installing are the same as first time.
- Distribution EXE file may be keeped to reinstall SW in the future
