Sending of Elnec products intended for repair

Applies to European Union countries only.

• Use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You can find it in e-mail (R-.......)
  
  
• Add accompanying document (Proforma invoice, or delivery note) to the shipment
  • make a note in the document “For repair”
  • quote the RMA in the document and also on the shipment box at visible place
  
  
• Add the copy of your purchase invoice to the shipment

Notes:

• We recommend, you to insure the shipment during transport
• Quote the RMA in subject of each e-mail correspondence relating to the matter
