Sending of Elnec products intended for repair

Applies to countries outside the European Union only.

• Use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You can find it in e-mail (R-........)
  • quote the RMA on the shipment box at visible place
  
  
• Add the Proforma invoice to the shipment
  • quote the RMA in the Proforma invoice
  • describe each item as "trade sample" and place also its serial number
    • it is undesirable to mention about repair in proforma invoice
    
    
  • Depending on the total buying price of all items
    • if less or equal to $ 300:
      • place an undervalued price to each item, so that the total price of all items in the proforma invoice does not exceed $20 USD
      
      
    • if more than $ 300:
      • place your buying price to each item from your purchase invoice
      
      
• Add the copy of your purchase invoice into the box of shipment
• We recommend you to insure the shipment during transport

Notes:

• If you intend to send items for repair together with other components in the same parcel, please issue separate proforma invoice for items intended for repair.
• Be aware please, Elnec s.r.o. reserves the right to apply additional charge, or sent back to you the parcel, if you have disregarded any of instruction stated above.
• Quote this RMA in subject of each e-mail correspondence concerning this matter
